A passenger plane crash in Kazakhstan on Wednesday morning. According to news agency Reuters, there were 62 passengers and 5 crew members in the plane. Of these, 28 people have been saved. 22 have been admitted to the hospital. Among the injured are two children whose condition is critical.

42 people are feared dead in the accident. The plane was heading from Azerbaijan to Grozny, the capital of Russia’s Chechnya province. But he had to make an emergency landing about 3 km from the Kazakh city of Aktau.

However, it was later forced to make an emergency landing on the beach near the airport. The crashed plane was an Embraer 190 model of Azerbaijan Airlines. In the video going viral on social media, it is seen that the plane caught fire as soon as it crashed.

Kazakhstan’s Transport Ministry says that they will conduct a special investigation into this accident. Technical problem can also be the reason for the crash. According to Russian media reports, this accident occurred due to collision with a flock of birds. According to the Emergency Ministry of Kazakhstan, a total of 52 rescue teams and 11 rescue equipments have been sent to the accident site.

Following the accident, several individuals were observed exiting the aircraft, which had been split into two sections and was in a state of injury. The fear resulting from the incident was evident on their faces. The fire and rescue team promptly responded, extinguishing the flames engulfing the plane. Those injured were transported to the hospital via ambulance.

According to initial investigations, local authorities indicated that the incident was caused by a bird strike. Witnesses, as reported by the news outlet Orda, stated that the birds collided with one of the plane’s engines, leading to an explosion of the oxygen cylinder even before the aircraft went down.

There is a possibility of glass breaking if a bird hits the windshield. Due to this, the vision of the pilots may be affected or injury may occur. Because of this there is a risk of the aircraft going out of control. At the same time, due to collision of birds with other parts of the aircraft, the aerodynamics of the aircraft is affected. Because of this they go out of control.
